NOTE: At this time we are unable to offer shipping by any carrier other than UPS. The e-commerce software developer currently does not provide accurate shipping rates via FedEx or USPS. Until those issues are resolved we are only shipping via UPS.

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED COMPLETE!

If your order contains items that are not in stock, we will hold the order until all items are available and can be shipped together.

All items ship to billing address only! If your require an order to be signed for on delivery, please let us know before placing the order. Extra shipping charges required.

We do not accept credit cards issued by non-USA or Canadian banks or orders originated with an IP address outside the USA and Canada. We do NOT ship to third parties (someone other than the credit card holder), freight forwarders, nor PO Boxes. We are not responsible for any lost packages in transit. All packages that are lost while in the care of UPS, FedEx, USPS or any other shipping carrier in which your package is being shipped is not our responsibility. If a package does get lost in transit, we will follow the shipping carriers procedures in their investigation of locating the package and we will reimburse you only after we have been reimburse from the carrier. This goes for any lost, stolen or undelivered order that has left our possession and went into the hands of the shipping company in which your order is being shipped.

Orders are not shipped from our drop-shipper on Saturday and Sunday.

Privacy & Security

What information do we collect? We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature. When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. Like many websites, we use "cookies" to enhance your experience and gather information about visitors and visits to our websites. Please refer to the "Do we use 'cookies'?" section below for information about cookies and how we use them.

How do we use your information? We may use the information we collect from you when you register, purchase products, enter a contest or promotion, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways: To personalize your site experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested. To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests. To quickly process your transactions. To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature. If you have opted-in to receive our e-mail newsletter, we may send you periodic e-mails. If you would no longer like to receive promotional e-mail from us, please refer to the "How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?" section below. If you have not opted-in to receive e-mail newsletters, you will not receive these e-mails. Visitors who register or participate in other site features such as marketing programs and 'members-only' content will be given a choice whether they would like to be on our e-mail list and receive e-mail communications from us.

How do we protect visitor information? We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases to be only accessed as stated above.

Do we use "cookies"? Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site's or service provider's systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. For instance, we use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart. They are also used to help us understand your preferences based on previous or current site activity, which enables us to provide you with improved services. We also use cookies to help us compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future. We may contract with third-party service providers to assist us in better understanding our site visitors. These service providers are not permitted to use the information collected on our behalf except to help us conduct and improve our business. You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. Each browser is a little different, so look at your browser Help menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies. If you turn cookies off, you won't have access to many features that make your site experience more efficient and some of our services will not function properly. However, you can still place orders over the telephone by contacting customer service.

Do we disclose the information we collect to outside parties? We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice, except as described below. The term "outside parties" does not include (Anniston Marine Services, LLC). It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us? To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production. To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

Third party links. In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work).

Changes to our policy. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page. Policy changes will apply only to information collected after the date of the change. This policy was last modified on September 10, 2010. Questions and feedback. We welcome your questions, comments, and concerns about privacy. Please send us any and all feedback pertaining to privacy, or any other issue. Online Policy Only. This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website and not to information collected offline.

Your consent. By using our site, you consent to our privacy policy.

Returns

Anniston Marine, LLC offers a return period of 30 days from date of receipt. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are REQUIRED for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable.

Special Order items may not be returned. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective.
Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.

To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to mailto:support@shop.annistonmarineservices.com or call 256-282-8950. We require the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return.

Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% when the item has been opened, damaged, is not in the original un-opened package or the item is a special order item ; please contact us for details.

When an item is returned, the shipping costs you paid during the checkout process will be deducted from the refund before the refund is issued, along with any re-stocking fees charged by our distributor.

When an item is returned, you are subject to a 5% return fee if you desire a refund to your payment account. If you desire a Store Credit, the 5% return fee will be waived. If the item is returned with a valid reason the 5% fee will also be waived.

RETURNING AN ITEM BECAUSE YOU DECIDE YOU DON'T WANT IT IS NOT A VALID REASON FOR OBTAINING A FULL REFUND - SHIPPING COSTS.

RETURNING ITEM BECAUSE YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER BUT DID NOT CONTACT US BY PHONE AND/OR EMAIL BEFORE THE ITEM WAS PROCESSED AND SHIPPED IS NOT A VALID REASON FOR OBTAINING A FULL REFUND - SHIPPING COSTS.

If you place an order and decide to cancel that order the same day or next day, send us an email to mailto:admin@shop.annistonmarineservices.com also give us a call if you do not receive a response to your cancellation request withing 24 hours.

Failure to contact us regarding an order cancellation is your responsibility! We will not deviate from our policy with regards to return fees.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser (also non-refundable) even when items are returned with an RMA number.

EXAMPLE: You purchased item for $10, shipping costs $8.95, total = $18.95. You return item, (total purchase price $18.95 - (5% if you desire refund to payment account) - shipping costs (8.95) = refund $9.05.

Shipping costs you incur to return the item is NOT REFUNDABLE.

Ordering

To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may (1) use the navigation menus on the top & left of our website. (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box, or use the Advanced search on the bottom menu. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.

When viewing a product and it appears as Availability: in stock and Qty in Stock: (no qty listed), this means the item is a Non-Stocked item. The item can still be ordered but the item is not stocked at our distributor. This means the item will take more time for delivery than items that are stocked.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged upon verification that our distributor has the item in stock. If our store shows the item in stock and upon verification the item is not in stock at our distributor, we will contact you before charging your credit card. If your order a product that shows zero "0" stock, your credit card will be charged when we process your order. The item will be "back ordered" at that time.

When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

Do I have to pay Sales Tax?

We only charge sales tax from consumers located in Alabama. Check with your states tax authority for information regarding taxes you are required to pay when shopping on-line from an out of state vendor.

When will my order ship?

When a order is placed it takes 2 to 3 Business days for the funds to complete the bank transfer process. This means orders are not shipped until the credit card process has completed and we show the deposited funds into our account. We will not ship any item(s) until we receive full payment for the purchase.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship only to the United States and Canada!

We do not ship to FPO addresses!


Cancelling an Order

We stongly recommend giving us a phone call to ensure your order is cancelled before it is processed and shipped.

We DO NOT ship to any address other than the billing address.
